About the App

WorkHub Insight is your all-in-one employee portal, designed to simplify your work life. You can manage holidays, view and download payslips, log daily timesheets, and clock in using GPS-enabled time tracking. Real-time alerts and notifications keep you connected to the office. The app also serves as a central hub for company policies and documents, and allows secure messaging and document sharing. GPS location features also support location-based cleaning job tracking and verification.

Information We Collect

Location Data: We collect your device’s location (precise GPS) when you use GPS-enabled features, such as clock-ins and cleaning location verification. Location data is used only for work-related location matching and is not stored beyond what is necessary for those purposes.

Camera Access (QR Code Scanning): The app may request access to your camera for QR code scanning to verify locations or tasks.

Push Notifications: We use notification permissions to send you important work alerts, schedule updates, and policy notifications.

Device Information: Such as your device’s IP address, operating system, and usage statistics (pages visited, time spent, etc.).
